    Senior Human Resources Business Partner

    Job Summary

    The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic partner and provides effective HR operational services and advice to business center leaders, managers, and staff to support the delivery of the organizational objectives and outcomes. The Sr. HRBP serves as a consultant on all HR-related matters, including performance management, capacity building and talent development, employee relations, compensation and benefits.

    Responsibilities

    Business Partnering

    • Partner with the Commercial & Sales team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
    • Conduct regular assessments of Vendease's Commercial & Sales talent to identify skill gaps, talent needs and development opportunities that align with the organisations objectives
    • Coordinate performance management for the Commercial & Sales team
    • Design and implement Learning and Development programs that support the ongoing growth and development of Vendease's Commercial & Sales talent
    • Provide coaching and guidance to the team leads on employee-related matters, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams and act as both a strategic and operational HR Partner to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle of the Commercial & Sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding for the team
    • Ensure compliance with People Ops policies, procedures within the team
    • Handle all employee relations issues, investigations and resolutions for the team
    • Support the People Ops team in developing organisational guidelines and procedures
    • Develop and manage employee engagement/wellness programs for the team
    • Work closely with the central People Ops team to create and maintain a positive company culture
    • Conduct exit interviews and develop strategies to improve employee retention

    Recruitment

    • Source potential candidates on niche platforms
    • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ competencies
    • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
    • Oversee recruitment for the Commercial & Sales team end-to-end
    • Manage assessment platform and ensure optimization
    • Provide recruitment report indicating the various recruitment platform ●
    • Coordinate with Team leads to forecast and document justification of hiring needs
    • Craft and send personalised recruiting messages for current job openings
    • Participate in careers fairs and meetups for targeted candidate pipeline Manage internal mobility requests and implementation
    • Keep up-to-date with new HR trends internal adoption
    • Promoting positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Gathering and analysing candidate feedback

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
    • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
    • Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
    • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of People Ops initiatives
    • Coordinate payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and compliance with all relevant legislations
    • Ensure compensation packages are in line with the updated compensation structure for the organisation.
    • Review salary breakdown and offers and ensure they are accurate and in line with the organisation's structure

    Requirements

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
    • Risk Management, Written and Oral Communication, Managing Performance, Ethical Practices, Strategic Thinking
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience working in Leadership Development and / or HR related discipline
    • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into critical talent & workforce strategies/initiatives
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant degree
