    Sales Support Manager

    Job Description

    • The sales support manager will lead the sales support team, manage and monitor the sales pipelines, evaluate sales performance, analyze territory/market potential, track sales and status reports and communicate same to improve business outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Managing the daily operations of the sales support unit.
    • Closely monitor sales metrics.
    • Ensure the Implementation of stated team and company strategies, goals, objectives and procedures.
    • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill sales gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
    • Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to sales orders, down to order delivery.
    • Establishing sales goals and quotas for team members.
    • Providing training in sales techniques.
    • Regularly reviewing performance.
    • Developing new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
    • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, conditions or procedures in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adhering to Company policies.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • 7-8 years’ experience in managing a sales pipeline.
    • Outstanding knowledge on various competitors’ products.
    • Strong planning and strategic abilities.
    • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
    • Excellent networking skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills able to listen and respond to customer’s needs.
    • Excellent Leadership skills must be able to evaluate how sales staff perform and must develop strategies for meeting sales goals.
    • Strong data analysis skill.
