    Sales & Marketing Executive (Supply Chain)

    Job Summary: 

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, promoting our services, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential clients in need of logistics solutions. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling our services.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Use this information to develop effective marketing strategies.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote our services. This includes creating content, managing social media accounts, and overseeing advertising efforts.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Highlight the value of our logistics solutions and address client concerns.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms. Work closely with the legal department when necessary.
    • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives. Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of logistics services. Provide input on client requirements and preferences.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our services and customer satisfaction.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong relationship-building skills and adeptness in executing deals and engaging with clients.
    • Analytical skills for tracking and presenting information, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
