    Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    As a sales manager, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by overseeing and enhancing our sales efforts. You will be required to develop and execute sales strategies and targets, acquire customers, and build strong relationships with domestic and industrial customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and industrial customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
    • Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and make informed decisions.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our services and products to effectively communicate their value to customers.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years proven experience in sales management, knowledge of the utility or power distribution industry is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
    •  Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement innovative sales approaches.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
