    Sales Manager

    Position Overview

    • As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of Earnipay by promoting and selling our Credit and Business Management solutions.
    • You will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by increasing our customer acquisition efforts and driving revenue generation.
    • This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in strategic sales, relationship building, and exceeding revenue targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales Plan: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Go-to-Market: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking
    • Sales Presentations: Create tailored proposals and quotes, conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
    • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization and also prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals and contract negotiation to achieve sales targets.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences. Providing post-sale support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and to align sales efforts with company objectives and enhance product offerings.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 4 years and proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in financial services or technology solutions.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
