    Job Description

    • Coordinate daily front office and backend of the restaurant operations.
    • Organise and supervise shifts
    • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
    • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut or reduce waste.
    • Create detailed reports on daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
