    Sales Manager

    Job Description/Responsibilities

    • We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to build, optimize and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects (SME Employers & lenders), with the sole objective of converting prospects to paying customers.
    • Are you a self-starter with great interpersonal skills, and passionate about employing creative tactics to drive business results? 
    • Are you adept at managing sales processes from start to finish? 
    • If yes, we would love to meet you. 

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in insurance sales.
    • Proven work experience driving B2B, B2C, channel sales, agency in Insurance sales
    • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
    • Experience with managing sales funnels and customer success.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
    • Effective communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Creative capacity to develop and lead initiatives to improve sales processes. 
    • Effective capacity to work and collaborate with cross functional teams.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to efficiently manage multiple sales communications simultaneously.
