    Sales Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time sales manager role with The Bulb Africa.
    • The sales manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Knowledge of the tech industry and passion for technology
    • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
