    Sales Executive

    We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the agency banking sector.

    1 in each of these locations - Ifako-Ijaye; Alimosho; Epe; Lagos Mainland; Amuwo Odofin; Mushin; Abeokuta; Ado-Odo/Ota; Ijebu Ode; Shagamu; Ifo

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency banking network.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential agents and partners.
    • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative approaches for business growth.
    • Train and onboard new agents to ensure a strong and capable network.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to agents to enhance their performance.
    • Stay updated on the company's products and services as well as industry trends.
    • Communicate product features and benefits to agents and clients.
    • Actively engage in customer acquisition efforts to drive account openings and transactions through the agency network.
    • Conduct outreach programs to attract new customers to agency banking services.
    • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
    • Prepare regular sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Ensure that all agents adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for agent transactions.
    • Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
    • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction within the agency network.
    • Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and marketing, to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
    • Work closely with other sales executives to share best practices and insights.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
