    Sales / E-Commerce Officer

    Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

    • Sales Target: Maximise the profit contribution of e-commerce sales through effective management of existing and new e-commence (Konga & others) cooperate firms and drive e-commercegrocery sales across our groceryonline customers.
    • Sales Data Analysis – Collate, analyse and maintain sale data weekly, from the different business categories and give a summary report on the sales performance, pipeline behaviour, customers’ buying trends and forecasting sales.
    • Business Development: Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms by finding and winning new customers via the company’s e-commerce grocery platform(s). Also, effective management of existing e-commerce customer accounts by defining data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the company commercial performance.
    • Posting on e-commerce platform (s): Write and edit product content that will be published on our e-commerce grocery platforms, by working closely with different PSM to provide updated content that will be shared across the e-commence sites.
    • Monitor customers’ buying trend and changes in product sales using excel spread sheet(Pivot tables, V lookups)
    • Inventory Management: Monitor stock holding and report weekly on the site cover and work collaboratively with other e-commerce companies (Konga & Others) to plan and maintain a sufficient stock holding. Ensure inventory availability in advance of planned site launches, updates, marketing campaigns and promotional activity
    • Drop point Support: Reporting and tracking of drop point sales performance and analysing their profitability.
    • CRM: Developing and maintaining a viable and accurate CRM (customer relationship management) data base and ensure the information aligned with customers’ details on Dynamics
    • Debt Recovery: Follow-up and ensure effective debt collection from all overdue.
    • Reporting: Preparation of accurate weekly / monthly report showing the category’s activities, achieved numbers per sales rep. and market intelligence as well as weekly itinerary and strategies.
    • Other duties as assigned by your line manager.
