    Sales Consultant

    Job Description

    • As a Sales Consultant at Landlink NG, you will play a crucial role in driving our real estate sales and contributing to the growth of the company.
    • Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the real estate journey.

    Key Responsibilities
    Client Acquisition:

    • Proactively seek out potential clients through various channels.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
    • Understand clients' real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.

    Property Presentation:

    • Showcase and present properties to clients effectively.
    • Provide accurate and detailed information about properties.

    Sales Negotiation:

    • Negotiate sales terms and conditions with clients.
    • Close deals by understanding client requirements and addressing concerns.

    Market Awareness:

    • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
    • Provide insights to clients regarding market conditions.

    Documentation:

    • Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for property transactions.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales documentation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
    • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
    • Strong understanding of the real estate market in Lagos.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
