Job Description

• We're looking for a Sales Associate with experience in microfinance bank, thrift, Ajo, and Osusu sectors to join our team. You'll be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our customer base in these sectors.

Responsibilities

• Experience in microfinance bank, thrift, Ajo, and osusu organizations is an added advantage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads within the target sectors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• SSCE/NCE/OND.
• Proven track record in retail sales within the microfinance bank, thrift, Ajo, and Osusu sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
