About the Role:
BURN is looking for a Sales and Distribution Director who will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans in the country of engagement. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve BURN’s financial objectives. The selected candidates will mainly be tasked with hitting in-country annual sales targets, building high-performance teams, and establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ability to identify and target suitable primary users of our Kuniokoa (Woodstoves) products and have a clear understanding of our customer needs will be a critical factor in the selection process.
The successful candidate for each location will be required to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives in the assigned market.
We are looking to fill the above roles with candidates who have solid experience in managing large teams preferably with previous last-mile distribution experience. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and driven with the passion to excel within the social impact/enterprise industry
