Retail Sales Executive at Rainoil Limited

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing back-office support and business analysis for the sales team. He or she is responsible for developing routine and ad hoc reports for the team and providing sales administrative support. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily reports for the stations.
• Prepare and analyze weekly reports.
• Process expenses (imprest, capital expenses, approvals) for retail stations.
• Carry out a survey of competitors’ prices for various products.
• Provide support functions for managers.
• Act as relief for managers on leave.
• Government regulators management.
• Vendor management.
• Process various licenses and ensure that they are renewed as when due.
• Ensure managers comply with the various set policies.
• Any other function assigned by Group Head, Retail Sales.
• Prepare and track letters and correspondence.

Person Specification:

• A minimum of a BSc in a Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering related discipline is required.
• Minimum of one(1) year relevant experience in the Retail Marketing/Sales unit of an organization preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sales and Marketing Skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
