For the Provision of Health Insurance to Pact West Africa, Nigeria.
Due Date and Time for Submission of Quotes: September 22, 2022, 12:00noon GMT
Pact, established in 1971, is an international non-governmental organization with headquarters in Washington DC, USA and has been working in Nigeria since 2005 to strengthens local capacity, forge effective governance systems, and transforms markets into a force for development. Pact has presence in 29 countries around the world working in Health, Livelihoods, Conflict Resolution, Governance, and Access to Markets, Capacity Development and Natural Resource Management.
Pact hereby requests for the submission of quotes from interested and reputable organizations for the Provision of Health Insurance to the staff of Pact West Africa, Nigeria.
Instructions to Bidders
Number of Quotes Per Bidder:
Only one quote per firm will be accepted.
Quote of Statement of Compliance:
Bidders are to offer the premium rate payable for the service as listed in the scope of work (SoW) as seen below.
The Scope of Work includes but not limited to the following:
Provide high quality, global standard, and cost-effective healthcare services to employees of Pact West African Nigerian employees across all states of our operations. The selected organization(s) is expected to ensure easy and unrestricted access to healthcare services across Nigeria.
2. Duration of Service
The duration of the engagement is 12 months effective 1st October 2022 as the expected end date of the contract is September 30, 2023 with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance.
3. Deliverables:
The deliverables include but not limited to the following:
Currencies:
Prices shall be stated in Naira (N).
Language:
The quote, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the offer, shall be in English.
Validity:
Quotes shall remain valid for 90 calendar days from the due date for receipt of quotes. In exceptional circumstances, prior to expiry of the original offer validity period, Pact may request that the Bidder extend the period of validity for a specified additional period. A Bidder agreeing to the request will not be required to modify their quote.

Clarification of Quotes:
During evaluation of the quotes, Pact may, at its discretion, ask the bidder for a clarification of their quotes. Clarifications are limited exchanges with a Bidder to resolve minor or clerical errors; they do not offer an opportunity for a Bidder to modify or change an offer.
Award Criteria:
Pact is not obligated to make an award by having issued this solicitation. Any award(s) will be made to the responsible bidder whose offer(s) has/have been determined to be most advantageous to Pact.
Pact has the right to withdraw or change this RFQ at any time. Bidders’ quotes are done so at the sole cost and expense of the bidder with no obligation on the part of Pact.
Confidentiality:
Information submitted in response to this RFQ will be held in confidence.
Contract Type:
The contract awarded will be on a Fixed Price and Quantity Purchase Order.
