    Rental Sales Lead

    Job Summary

    The Rental Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the rental sales process, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Rental Sales Lead will manage the Sales Representatives within the region to ensure the achievement of set sales targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and drive sales strategies targeted at growing the rental service for shuttlers. 
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities to increase Shuttler’s customer base. 
    • Drive partnerships and collaborations with events that require mobility services for their attendees.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize rental operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Oversee the achievement of rental sales across the regions.
    • Monitor and analyze rental sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. 
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Shuttlers’ services.
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
    • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential threats.
    • Utilize market insights to develop and adjust rental sales strategies accordingly.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and strategic partners.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem resolution, and exceeding customer expectations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
    • Over 4 years of experience in sales or any related field.
    • Proven experience driving partnerships and programs.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • High learning velocity and passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
