    Relationship Manager

    Job Description 

    • Responsible for Sourcing Micro and SME clients in identified markets and structured organizations, booking quality loans in line with monthly target
    • Continuously work towards increasing the Bank's clientele base (loans and savings).
    • Must proactively monitor and assess activities of competitors to satisfy and retain clients always
    • Assessment of client’s business and financial status, processing, reviewing, and completing loan requests on time.
    • Analyzing clients’ cash flow and credit analysis and ensuring repayment of approved loans
    • Monitoring the progress of existing loans and following up with clients on loan renewals.
    • He/she will ensure customer satisfaction, deposit mobilization, and loan origination.

    Qualifications Required

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University; MCIB Certification will be an added advantage
    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

    Relevant Skills / Experience:

    • Excellent analytical and time management skills
    • Good knowledge of the Microfinance industry with an excellent record of marketing and closing sales of banking products
    • Must have a healthy portfolio in FMCG and structured organizations
    • Excellent experience in credit/risk analysis in a successful MFB.
