Regional Security Coordinator (Sales & Operations) at Fort Knox Group

Job Description:

• To deliver excellence in the coordination of security services in the area of responsibility, ensuring that Assets and Business are protected, thereby enabling greater growth, profitability, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Effectively and efficiently coordinate Security efforts in the area of responsibility by ensuring that security personnel in the Region are given proper orientation and training, assigned jobs/roles per their competencies, and motivated to put in their best performance towards achieving corporate objectives.
• Ensure that all incidents are investigated and reported to the Regional Security Manager in line with approved procedures.
• Prepare analytical and statistical reports on operations and activities.
• Conduct security surveys of critical facilities to determine the level of security threat and exposure.
• Prioritize, assign, supervise, review the work, and monitor the performance of staff responsible for patrol services.

Requirements:

• University Degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as Security Operations Manager in a corporate security environment.
• Proven experience in Business Development.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven record of accomplishment in security management.
• Certification in Security Operations Management or its equivalent from a recognized security professional body is an added advantage
