    Regional Sales Manager - South

    Job Brief

    • We have been mandated by our client a premium fashion company with stores nationwide to recruit a result driven Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of assigned stores in the South South region of Nigeria.
    • The successful candidate should be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales target, profitability goals, expand the stores in the region and manage Store Managers effectively.
    • The ideal candidate should reside in Port Harcourt.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop, review, update and implement retail sales strategy
    • Drive/ grow sales figures of stores and ensure maximum high performance for the region
    • Grow the volume sales in terms of units of merchandise sold under region
    • Prepare the sales data report for the region
    • Manage stores under assigned region
    • Train Store Staff according to the organizational sales processes
    • Manage regional events: participation in planning, execution.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of First Degree from a Reputable Higher Institution, a Master’s degree will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 7 years’ similar work experience in the fashion retail industry
    • Strong Leadership skills and business acumen
    • Experience in managing a high-performance sales team
    • Must possess the ability to handle presentation and facilitation of sales trainings.
    • Proven record of Sales & Marketing performance
    • Excellent client relationship development/management Skills & Competencies
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Industry & business knowledge
    • Leadership & people management
    • Excellent communication (written, verbal).
