    Regional Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for the PDCA cycle of assigned sales teams, to ensure quality execution of sales and trade marketing activities in order to deliver the overall business targets in the assigned sales area.  Coaching and developing the sales team to deliver, grow, and improve capability.  Quality execution of GTM and brand projects and trade marketing programs within the region to ensure customer and brand health and loyalty.

    Key Roles/ Responsibilities:

    • Final approval of new KW’s within his/her region
    • Audit and validate the accuracy of the MCDs for his/her region
    • Approval of MPS with distribution/PSKU/value targets per ASM, using P3M data from SFA BI, SAP & aligned to TM calendar and regional targets
    • Monitor attendance of each ASM for total area and address PDCA contingencies in case of absences
    • Monitor achievement of daily and MTD objectives within productivity standards, of all teams with his/her region
    • Ensure teams comply with PDCA & SFA processes and execution of BCP per outlet within his/her region, through planned AREDAR sessions by level
    • Perform Train-the-Trainer sessions with ASMs on global and local capability-building programs and follow up with planned AREDAR sessions by level
    • Liaise and review plans weekly with other functions (Logistics, Trade Marketing, Finance, Sales Admin) according to relevant PDCA drumbeats and standards
    • Ensure quality JBP’s with key accounts in NR and MT channels within his/her region and consistent execution of KAPM & national MT chains’ plans/programs

    Skills/Qualification:

    • Min of Bachelor"s degree from a reputable university
    • Min 5 years of experience in business and sales management
    • Leadership, collaboration, and teamwork
