Recruitment Coordinator at West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE)

Job Role

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to: 

• Support the design and implementation of the WAVE recruiting strategy
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates through databases, job boards and social media etc.
• Conduct interviews and filtering candidates using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Send Ts and Cs contract to employer partners, follow up and close the deal
• Relationship management with both employers and job seekers

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Recruitment experience preferably agency recruitment (minimum 3years)
• Digital literacy-Ability to adapt to a technology, (CRM systems Salesforce, Asana and Formstack), Ms office and online forms.
• BSC or HND graduate 
• Effective Communication, people skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
