    Receptionist

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
    • The Receptionist will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and clients.
    • The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and courteous demeanor.
    • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
    • Manage the reception area, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
    • Monitor and respond to emails, as well as direct them to the appropriate individuals.
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
    • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional and courteous demeanor.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
