    Real Estate Manager

    Job Overview

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for selling, letting or managing of residential or commercial properties, businesses or land on behalf of the company’s clients.
    • He or she must have sales, property and facility management experience.
    • He/she will be responsible for reviewing property’s condition and comparing it with other properties in the area to value it and get the best price for the client.
    • He/she will also be responsible for marketing properties and negotiating deals on behalf of the company.

    Job Description

    • Acts as a property manager and resolve any issues that arise with properties.
    • Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.
    • Marketing and promoting properties for sale;
    • Representing the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers;
    • Monitoring sales as they proceed and liaising with all interested parties including solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents;
    • Vet prospective tenants by collecting references and carrying out credit checks;
    • Collecting information about a property and arranging for photographs to be taken;
    • Visiting and talking to the sellers about their property and its special features;
    • Estimating the value of the property;
    • Ensure properties meet legal and health and safety requirements,
    • Advising clients and helping buyers to decide what they want to buy;
    • Draw up tenancy agreement contracts;
    • Collect or organize rent payments;
    • Making sure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller;
    • Perform other duties as directed by the Managing Director from time to time.

    Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Real Estate, Business Administration or Public Administration
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role in a real estate company
    • Strong people skills
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Good leadership and management skills
    • Excellent sales and marketing skills is a must have
    • Extensive knowledge of spreadsheets and calculation software to be able to keep track of rents, schedules and space management etc.
