    Quantity Surveyor

    Qualifications:

    • BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or any related field 3-4 years of experience in building surveying and must be a registered surveyor.
    • Experience in Quantity Take-off for all structural, architectural and MEP works using AutoCAD
    • Must be able to use Excel to prepare BOQ
    • Experience in surveying buildings and finishing works
    • Membership of a professional body in related field is an added advantage
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Excellent computation skills and measurement of construction works for tender documents and design drawings
