Job Description

(50%) RESPONSIBILITY # 1

• Conduct Supplier Food Safety & Quality Systems Audits

(25 %) RESPONSIBILITY # 2

• Manage and protect product quality and consistency.

(15 %) RESPONSIBILITY # 3

• Develop and approve quality ingredients and suppliers

(10 %) RESPONSIBILITY # 4

• Assist in the New Product Development for local products and products launched in
• And other responsibilities assigned.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Food Science or related area.
• 5 years food quality/food manufacturing experience.
• HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) certification and strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with suppliers, franchisees and internal team members.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, set goals, work independently, and be self-motivated.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Project management skills including the ability to prioritize and organize, create action assignments, verify completion of tasks and follow up.
• Travel up to 30% with in Nigeria
• Good Knowledge of computer skills including MS Office programs.
