    Project Executive

    At SNF Foods Limited, we take pride in continuous evolution. The driving force behind our business growth is a skilled and dedicated project management team. We’re searching for a highly qualified project executive to help us maintain our position as an innovative authority. The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. The project executive will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved.

    Responsibilities

    • Project Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budget estimates. Contribute to the development of project strategies to align with organizational goals.
    • Execution and Monitoring: Lead project teams through the execution phase, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones. Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.  Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
    • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to support project goals. Coordinate with team members to ensure that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined. Anticipate resource needs and work to prevent bottlenecks.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes. Implement strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful delivery.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks. Address stakeholder concerns and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators, risks, and achievements.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development within the project team.

    Required skills and qualifications

    • Four or more years of project management experience
    • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
    • Proven success working with all levels of management
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent presentation skills

    Preferred skills and qualifications

    • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
    • Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
    • Preferred candidate must be willing to relocated to Onitsha
