Project Director at Terra Developers

Principal Duties:

• Responsible for the progress of all Company's projects.
• Responsible for project development and management.
• Develop and execute business plans and strategies for effcient outcomes.
• Report and provide strategic advice to the Managing Director on all projects.
• Prepare, plan and implement comprehensive and cost-effective market operations and development activities.
• Maintain a good reporting line and system with the Company and its sister companies.
• Monitor and report construction activities across all project sites.
• Maintain and build trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities for the progress of the business.
• Oversee the Company's financial performance, investments and other business ventures as it relates to its objectives.
• Supervise Company's project designs and implementation of same on site(s).
• Manage the activities of team members under your supervision.
• Ensure continuous Company survival and growth in the construction industry.

Knowledge/SkilIs/Qualifications:

• Proven experience of over 10 years as a project manager and a quantity surveyor.
• Familiar with business management practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Managerial skills and competence.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrable experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of business operation and performance measures.
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality.
• Ability to supervise and build teams, delegate responsibility and develop employee talents.
