Job description of Production Operator

A plastic company that produces industrial plastics and containers; is looking to hire Production operator who is an experienced with the plastic operations and machinery

He will be responsible for:·

• Effective Day to day operation of Blow Mold and machine.
• Responsible for mold change and Maintain the quality as per customer demands
• Ensuring adequate product separation, classification and packing and recording
• Ensuring adequate product transfer and control handling  recording and verification with Store assistant
• Records accurately daily production output and rejection in Production Log book
• Reads and interprets job card and run machine  according to the production Plan
• Quality control checks and maintain the quality of product as per QC standard
• Management of stock movement to and from the machine and avoid to keep WIP in machine area
• Housekeeping of machine and surrounding area
• Effectively record the production data and send it to superior
• Avoid the Breakdown and if any then timely inform to the Workshop guys.
• Control the shift assistant for ongoing production
• Maintain the stock transfer and dispatch of the product as per demands and keep the record of that .
