JOB SUMMARY

• The right candidate is a talented and inventive Product Designer with a flair for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• As a Product Designer at our dynamic and forward-thinking company, you will be a pivotal contributor to our product's user experience and visual direction.
• You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide innovative design solutions that satisfy users' needs and exceed their expectations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A typical day on the job will involve;

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify user needs, pain points, and business objectives.
• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and deliver various assets for mobile and web platforms, including user interface components, layout designs, and interactive elements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and market analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain design systems and standards to ensure product consistency across multiple platforms.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and design software tools to keep our designs on the cutting edge.
• Work with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary design specifications.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on design solutions to achieve the most effective final product.
• Maintain a clear backlog that aligns with project goals and timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and a user-centered design approach.
• Proficiency in designing and prototyping using Figma.
• Experience managing a product development lifecycle.
• Experience in JIRA is a plus.
• Understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with designers and non-designers.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, usability, and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to manage time wisely across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and be self-directed when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and excellent relationship building skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, process and data-driven.
• Creative problem solver who can work from conceptual ideas to concrete solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and an intuitive sense of what makes a design compelling and usable.
• Eager to receive feedback and use it constructively to refine and improve designs.
• A team player with a knack for visual communication and a flexible approach to the design process.
• Passionate about understanding current and emerging UX/UI challenges.

REMUNERATION

• · 300,000 – 400,000 monthly net salary
