    Procurement Manager

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential for our operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of security industry requirements and a proven track record in procurement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business and sourcing objectives.
    • Establish, monitor, and adhere to the budget.
    • Analyze pricing and market trends to identify cost saving opportunities
    • Implement cost effective procurement processes without compromising quality
    • Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate beneficial terms, and establish long term relationship.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry.
    • Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer, or a similar role in the security sector.
    • Candidates must have prior experience in the security industry and at least 7 years of relevant work experience.
    • Proficient knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, along with a knack for understanding market trends.
    • Extensive experience in data collection and analysis.
    • Knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management practices.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of initiative and decision-making.
    • Strong planning and organizing skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships both within and outside the company.
    • Computer literacy, particularly with spreadsheet and word-processing software.
