    Procurement Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and qualify potential suppliers.
    • Conduct market research and negotiate pricing and contract terms with vendors.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers,fostering strong communication and collaboration.
    • Evaluate and select suppliers based on price,quality,reliability,and other relevant factors.
    • Develop and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
    • Manage and analyze bids and proposals from vendors.
    • Prepare and negotiate contracts,ensuring terms are favorable and compliant with company policies.
    • Monitor and manage procurement activities,ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Oversee the purchasing process,ensuring accurate and timely order placement.
    • Track and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
    • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and documents.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of procurement principles,practices,and procedures.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills,both written and verbal.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel,PowerPoint).
    • Experience with procurement software (e.g.,SAP, Oracle) a plus.
