    People Data Analyst

    Key responsibilities

    • Collect, compile, and analyze HR data using various tools and techniques.
    • Identify and analyze trends and patterns within HR data.
    • Generate insights and provide recommendations based on the analysis of HR data.
    • Effectively communicate HR data findings to stakeholders.
    • Support HR leaders in making strategic decisions by providing data-driven insights.
    • Collaborate with other departments to enhance HR processes and systems.
    • Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices to ensure up-to-date knowledge.
    • Utilize technology and analytical tools to optimize HR data management and analysis.
    • Develop and maintain data reporting and visualization tools for HR metrics.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems.
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures based on data analysis.
    • Provide training and support to HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
    • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance data collection methods to improve HR data quality and relevance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficient in data analysis software, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
