    Oracle Field Delivery Engineer

    Job Description

    The Oracle Field Delivery Engineer will be responsible for:

    • The support installation and maintenance activities for desktop, printers, plotters, notebooks and servers
    • The set up and test desktop computer peripherals
    • Perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies
    • Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance
    • Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of First Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical / Electronics Engineering
    • 1 year minimum experience.
    • A good knowledge of Solaris Operating System
    • Knowledge of Oracle Linus.
