    Omnichannel Engagement Manager

    Summary

    • The Omnichannel Engagement Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of omnichannel engagement plans to support Nigeria’s Go-To-Market transformation.
    • The incumbent will improve the overall effectiveness of Nigeria’s digital and omnichannel engagement capabilities, leading to the delivery of omnichannel campaigns to drive revenue, growth, and market leadership leveraging data and analytics as well as provide strategic digital consultancy to Marketing and Sales Force Teams; working collaboratively to help them define, design, and deploy effective digital initiatives and OCE plans.

    Essential Duties

    • Designs, Plan, Implement, and Maintains omnichannel strategies and engagement plans in line with Glocal (Go to Market) strategy and needs.
    • Provide the appropriate tools, market insights, and support to the Marketing and Sales Teams to strategize, plan and implement effective Digital & OCE initiatives and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement OCE plans for key promoted brands.
    • Ensure global digital policies, procedures, guides, benchmarks, and tools are implemented to enable the consistent, effective and compliant delivery of digital and multichannel initiatives.
    • Monitoring and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (Omnichannel Dashboards, Channel KPI, and Impact Assessments)
    • Administers digital platforms (Qlikview, MI, Promomat, Mailchimp, Mymedicpal, Adobe, etc) ensuring effective operations.
    • Develops, adapts, and validates Digital and OCE training material to train and support Marketing Team and Field Force to integrate OCE plans with Integrated Growth Plans and deliver effective campaigns.

    Educational Qualification and Experience

    • University Degree (Certification in a digital field of significant advantage)
    • 4+ years’ cognate experience in similar role or organization; track record in digital project management.
    • Knowledge of Marketing Methodology for pharma, healthcare or related industries.

    Competencies:

    • Effective problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of Marketing Methodology for pharma, healthcare, or related industries.
    • Knowledge of digital techniques (e.g., website/SEM, email marketing, social media, eDetailing, remote detailing, mobile, apps) with a strong track record of delivery in at least one of these areas.
    • Knowledge and understanding of data, IT tools, and systems.
    • Proficient in digital advertising tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, YouTube.
    • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WooRank, etc.
    • Able to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office like Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
    • Proficient with basic budget management and calculations.
    • Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
    • Strong follow-up skills: ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs as needed.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills: ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors.
    • Self-motivated, able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge in identifying high-quality solutions.

    Environment:

    • Approximately 60% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Approximately 40% performed in home office environment.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
