    Office Manager

    We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Pieach as an Office Manager with Accounting Knowledge. As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office while also providing essential accounting support. This position requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
    • Maintain office filing systems and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
    • Assist with accounting tasks, such as accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
    • Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and assist with budget preparation.
    • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and clients as necessary.
    • Assist in HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, managing benefits administration, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Support the management team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Familiarity with HR processes and basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
