Job Summary

• As the NOC Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our Network Operating Center. You will manage a team of network engineers and technicians who monitor and maintain our telecommunications network, ensuring that it is available and reliable for our customers.
• You will be responsible for the performance and development of the NOC team and ensure that the NOC is delivering the highest level of service to our customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a NOC management role.
• Experience managing a team of network engineers and technicians.
• Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and software.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, laws, and standards related to telecommunications networks.
