National Youth Service Corps- Operations at Evidence Action

Job purpose

• To provide support to the National country office operations by supporting and ensuring effective coordination, processing and review of documents, monitoring of office operations and reporting.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assisting with all facets of the day-to-day operations and finance of the office.
• Handling organizational and clerical support tasks for the finance and operations unit
• Maintain relationship with internal staff and external partners to enable support of program activities.
• Review of support documents to ensuring completeness
• Provide administrative support
• Filing of operations documents

Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to liaise well with others
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
