    Marketing / Brand Manager

    Responsibilities
    Strategic Planning and Development:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
    • Conduct market analysis and identify target audiences.
    • Align marketing plans with overall business objectives.

    Brand Management:

    • Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and brand materials.
    • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all channels.

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics.
    • Adjust strategies based on campaign effectiveness.

    Market Research:

    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Analyze consumer behavior and market dynamics.

    Content Development:

    • Create compelling and relevant content for marketing purposes.
    • Collaborate with creative teams for design and copy-writing.
    • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and strategy.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors.
    • Foster a collaborative environment for effective campaign execution.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Provide regular reports on marketing and brand performance.
    • Use data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

    Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow social media presence.
    • Develop engaging content for social media platforms.
    • Respond to social media inquiries and monitor brand mentions.

    Public Relations:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets.
    • Coordinate public relations efforts and events.
    • Manage crisis communication when necessary.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
    • Allocate resources efficiently for maximum impact.
    • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Advanced Degree preferred.
    • Minimum of (2) years experience in Marketing or Brand Manager.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
    • Creative thinker with a history of developing engaging and impactful marketing campaigns.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Leadership skills, including team management and project leadership.
    • Experience in crafting and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity.
    • Proficient in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
    • Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making.
    • Adaptability to evolving market trends and a dynamic work environment.
    • Results-driven with a history of achieving measurable success in marketing and branding initiatives.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and emerging technologies.
    • Continuous learning mindset and staying updated on industry best practices and innovations.
