Marketing and Sales Intern at OneLand Africa

Job Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team.
• This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the real estate field.
• The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training led by a seasoned Sales Manager and will have the chance to contribute to real projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Support the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach efforts.
• Attend client meetings and presentations alongside the sales team to gain practical experience.
• Provide support to the sales and marketing departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience or coursework in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Training and Development:

• The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from our seasoned Sales Manager and sakes team, who will provide guidance and support throughout the internship. Upon successful completion of the internship and achieving the sales target of at least one sale within two months, the intern will be considered for full-time employment with the company.
