    Lifecycle Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • Lifecycle management is a key business for Emerson owing from our strong installed base across all our business units. The person selected for this role will be part of the on ongoing success and development of it across Middle East and Africa, focusing on Nigeria, Ghana & Equatorial Guinea.
    • Primary purpose of this job is to develop the sub-region lifecycle business & work with the Area director, , Sales Managers & Reps to promote and drive Lifecycle Services Sales (After Market) throughout our installed base.

    Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

    • Become a technical and value proposition expert on all BUs Service offerings.
      • Direct responsible for lifecycle Service Sales
      • Assist Sales Managers and Reps in promoting, designing and proposing BU offerings.
    • Develop the market & new tools to assist Sales Manager & Specialist in managing Lifecycle Services business and delivering incremental sales
    • Maintain and enhance existing tools to ensure they can be utilized as efficiently as possible and generate increasing value to the sales team.
    • Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to increase customers’ awareness of Emerson’s Lifecycle Services offerings for all our business units.
    • Adhere to local and international Emerson trade compliance and ethics procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
    • Train sales force on Lifecycle Services offerings
    • Maintain service sales forecasts and be able to report on service potential regularly and formally.
    • Work with proposals team to improve proposal generation efficiency, tracking, and others.
    • Develop sales strategies High Level services, convert opportunities to LTSAs and take Emerson to the “Trusted Advisor” level.
    • Perform any other relevant duties.

    What do I need to be considered for this role?

    • Degree in Engineering or relevant experience in industry (Control Systems & Instrumentation)
    • Specific experience in Emerson DCS, measurement solutions and field instruments will be added advantage
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Proven Sales experience in Automation and Control, Oil & Gas industries
    • Regional customer experience is preferred.
