    Legal Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Legal Officer is a member of the Legal Department of Jotna.
    • S/he will report to the Head / Deputy Head of Legal Services and support the team in documentation, compliance, and legal matters in addition to tasks assigned

    Major Responsibilities

    • Assist in drafting Legal Contracts and Agreements.
    • Ensure all processes, contracts, and agreements and in compliance with all regulations.
    • Advise on litigation matters.
    • Conduct legal due diligence as asked.
    • Prepare and present reports/summaries on legal matters.

    Requirements

    • Must be a Law graduate (LL.B)
    • Must have 6 - 7 years post call experience
    • Must have experience corporate practice.
