    Lead Nurturing and Conversion Specialist

    • We are at a place in our growth as a church where we need able hands who can sift through the noise and foster genuine conversations about our ministry.
    • This is why we need a Lead Nurturing & conversation specialist, who has the skills and experience to discern who is valuable to our ministry and can capture those new prospects, qualify them based on the function they have been ordained to serve in our ministry and engage them using CRM and other automated tools.
    • You will also be responsible for handling all inbound traffic, converting that traffic into new leads and providing regular reporting on all the traffic, online and offline that we receive with a goal to improve our ministry and report to Head, strategy & communications.

    Job responsibilities

    • Prospect leads through relevant channels
    • Qualify leads by levels of interest;
    • Coordinate lead gen campaigns with marketing and sales
    • Research prospective customers to identify lead channels
    • Create and curate content for inbound lead channels;
    • Initiate cold calls, emails, and other outbound communications;
    • Manage leads in the sales pipeline
    • Organise lead data with CRM tools
    • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement sales strategies
    • Analyse and interpret what behaviours and patterns make customers successful and more likely to be retained by the company
    • Establish closed-loop analytics to understand the metrics at which our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
    • Create the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action.
    • Optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, landing pages and social media channels.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence and market conditions
    • Keeping abreast of new trends and apply best practices in inbound marketing
    • Collaborate effectively with managers across teams.

    Qualification /Requirements

    • HND/BSc/MBA/MSc in Marketing, business administration or related fields
    • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing in any top organisation, NGO or church
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
    • Goal-oriented, with an ability to meet deadlines
    • A positive approach to objection handling
    • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Knowledge of CRM and database management tools
    • Good use of social media and content management systems, e.g., WordPress
