Lace Ventilator at Natural Girl Wigs

We are seeking an experienced Lace Ventilator to join our team as a Contract Staff.

As a ventilator, you will be responsible for making high quality lace closures, frontals and wigs ensuring they meet the company’s standards.

Job Description

• Hand ventilate hair strands onto lace wig caps.
• Ensure quality and consistency in hair ventilation, following company standards.
• Select and blend hair strands to match specified colors and textures.
• Handle lace materials with care to prevent damage during ventilation.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lace Ventilator, with a strong portfolio of work
• Expertise in lace ventilation techniques and processes
• Ability to create customized lace products according to specifications.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in lace ventilation.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Other things to note:

• Working days are Mondays - Saturdays, 9am - 6pm and you’re only required to work from the office on Thursdays and one other day of the week (total of 2 days). Other days can be remote.
• Store location is at Yaba.
• Pay is N100,000 per month.
