    IT Sales Executive

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Executive to join our team.
    • The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients.
    • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the IT industry.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
    • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased sales effectiveness.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the competitive landscape.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
