    IT Onsite Support

    Job Description

    • Performs first level Support/ Application development in a less complex environment with detailed guidance from seniors.
    • Provides first level support/ conducts basic analysis for the assigned activities in IT basis the given technical specification or assigned SOP.
    • Assigned activities may involve L1 support application, basic coding, updating SOPs, IT equipment maintenance and installation etc.
    • Reports all risks/ issues related to the assigned activities to seniors and acts basis the guidance provided.
