ISO Coordinator at Creatrix Empire

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Assists in the ISO 9001 certification maintenance program.
• Oversee and enter all information into ISO computer database (Word, Excel, Access, information)
• In response to customer requirements, research and recommend to the management the best resources and locations for providing ISO immersion training courses.
• Collect, analyze and provide feedback, in order to identify possible areas requiring change/improvement (content, instructors, and delivery methodologies)
• Works with purchasing in selecting and auditing vendors or subcontractors.
• Maintain approved suppliers list and all related supplier documentation.
• Assists others engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
• Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and ISO related activities.
• Supports and investigates customer complaints regarding quality and make adjustments accordingly.
• Assists in the development of standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Assists in the development of sampling procedures, forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data through ISO 9001
• Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality assurance activities.
• Write and submit proposals to prospective customers location for trainings and ISO related services.

ISO Consultant Qualifications

• Certifications and or experience in areas of ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and or ISO14000
• Leadership skills are paramount to success in this position.
• ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
• Direct experience planning or managing audits is preferred.
• Knowledge of additional ISO or other common industry certifications is a plus.
• Bidding and writing Proposal (planning and execution) skills are a plus.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in experience (as evidenced by employment history, professional certification, and/or academic track record) is required
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching and curriculum development experience, with at least 3 years in information security and/or computing related areas is required
• Exemplary written and verbal communication is essential
• Ability to effectively address both technical and non-technical audiences is essential
