    Inventory/Administrative Officer

    YOUR MISSION

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inventory Optimization: Devise strategies to optimize inventory control procedures for efficient stock management, ensuring adequate levels for all distribution channels.
    • Administrative Support and Coordination: Act as the point of contact for employees, providing administrative support, managing queries, maintaining the company calendar, and scheduling appointments.
    • Correspondence and Record Management: Distribute and store correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages. Record daily deliveries and shipments, reconcile inventory, and use software to monitor demand.
    • Order Management and Collaboration: Place orders to replenish stock, analyze data for future needs, and collaborate with warehouse employees to ensure business goals are met.
    • Communication and Documentation: Report stock levels and issues to upper management, answer queries from employees and clients, manage office supplies, maintain a well-organized filing system, update company databases, and organize policy updates as needed.

    YOUR PROFILE

    Requirements, Skills, and Competencies:

    • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as an inventory officer or in a similar position.
    • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
    • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP).
    • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
    • Analytical mind with strong math skills.
    • Organizational and Communication Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Reliability: Reliable and trustworthy.
    • Education: BSc/BA in business administration, finance, logistics, or a relevant field.
