Internal Control Officer at New Star Metal International Limited (NSMIL)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's vision and strategy.
• Liasewith other Head of departments on the implementation of the company's stratgic and implememtation plans.
• Supports the overall process of management and corporate decisionmaking to enusre the organization maximizes its short, medium, and long term profitability and returns to the shareholders
• Develop, renew and report on the organization's strategy, ensuring the strategic objective is well understood and executed by Heads of departments.
• Miantains the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communicating and liason on all company affairs at a level acceptable to the board.
• ensures that appropriate standards of conducts are established and complied with according to the quality management systemm of the company.
