Internal Control Officer at New Star Metal International Limited (NSMIL)

Job Description

• Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's vision, and strategy.
• Liase with other heads of department son the implementation of the company's strategic and implementation plan.
• support the overll process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the organization maximizes its, medium and long term profitability and returns to the shareholders
• Develop, review and report on the organization's strategy. Ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by heads of departments
• Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liason on all company affairs at a level acceptable to the board
• Ensures that the operating objectives and standards of performance are understood by the management as well as the employees
• Ensures that the appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied with according to the quality management system of the company
• Prudently manages resources within the budget guidelines according to company policy and within etical corporate guidelines
• Management, monitoring, reporting and communication regarding financial and physical resources, general administration and budgeting
• Maintain and develop organizational culture, vaues and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partner and regulatory /official bodies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
