As the Insurance Sales Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of successful sales agents to achieve business goals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales agents to achieve business goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share
• Identify new market opportunities and develop sales initiatives
• Evaluate the performance of sales agents and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform sales strategies
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure sales activities are aligned with company objectives
• Participate in the overall planning and execution of the sales process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in insurance sales leadership roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Ability to coach and motivate a team of sales agents
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metric
